How your bed reaches you and how simple returning shop items is.
Vispring and Mattsons beds are made to order and delivered and assembled personally by our team, anywhere in Switzerland. Delivery date, assembly and removal of your old bed are arranged with you at the time of ordering. As every bed is made to measure, orders cannot be exchanged or returned once production has begun.
Shop items are usually shipped within Switzerland in 3–5 working days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout; orders above CHF 200.– ship free. You are also welcome to collect your order at the showroom at Talstrasse 66.
Unused shop items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days, in the showroom or by post. For reasons of hygiene, opened pillows, duvets and bedding are excluded from return. The purchase amount is refunded after the goods have been received and checked.
